Job Seeker FAQ

Our platform is not a traditional job board and does not offer the ability to search jobs. We are a new technology that will match your profile with employers’ job requirements through our advanced technology.

Guhuza is an alternative to the traditional job board and is a platform that offers employers and job seekers the ability to interview directly on our system. Our advanced technology matches the job seekers profile with jobs on our site and ranks them for employers based on skills required for the position. Once the match has been made, live interviews can be conducted right through our platform. Job seekers will be asked to fill out their profile with as much information as possible (resume, skills, salary expectation, etc.) to ensure our system can precisely match them to as many positions as possible.

At this time, Guhuza is a free platform for job seekers. Job seekers have the ability to complete their profile, upload their resume, and other important links and documents and our advanced technology will match them with positions that are being hired live.

Job seekers will need to create an account on Guhuza.com to get an interview on the system. They can do this at the following link:

Creating an account is free and takes less than 2 minutes to complete. Job seekers will be asked to complete their profile with as much information as possible (resume, skills, salary expectation, etc.) to ensure our system can precisely match you to as many positions as possible. Our advanced technology matches the job seeker’s profile with jobs on our site and ranks them for employers based on skills required for the position. Once the match has been made, job seekers will be notified by text and/or email that a position is available and to review the job description. If the job seeker is interested in the job, they will enter the interview lobby and live interviews can be conducted right through our platform between the job seeker and the employer!

If a job seeker would like to create a new Guhuza Job Seeker account, please follow the steps below:

  • Click on the Register button at the top right hand corner of the Guhuza Main Page. Job seekers can also click on the button “Job Seekers.” They can also use this link here:https://guhuza.com/job-seeker/register
  • Type in the preferred email, password, and cell phone number in the box on the screen.
  • A confirmation email will be sent from Guhuza, job seekers will need to check their email inbox (ensure they double check their spam folder) for a confirmation email from Guhuza. They will also receive a security code through text message.
  • Job seekers must confirm their account through email and phone verification.
  • Once their account is verified, job seekers can create your profile and upload appropriate documents and get ready to interview live!
If you are a job seeker using Guhuza, you will not need to create interview alerts. Our advanced technology matches job seekers’ profiles with jobs on our site and ranks them for our employers based on skills required for the position. Once the match has been made, job seekers will be notified by text and/or email that a position is available and to review the job description. If the job seeker is interested in the job, they will enter the interview lobby and live interviews can be conducted right through our platform between the job seeker and the employer!
When the advanced technology on our platform matches a job seeker’s profile with an employer, they will be sent a message to review the job description and then have an opportunity to interview with the employer if the position interests them. If they have multiple matches, the interview lobby is where they will be able to see the list of jobs they have been invited for an interview. When a job appears in the “Job Interview Invitations” window, job seekers will be able to click on the job to start interviewing live. If the employer is already interviewing someone, they will be directed to join a “waiting room” until the employer is ready to interview the job seeker live.

Employer FAQ

When employers log into their Guhuza account, they will be taken directly to a page that lists the jobs that they have uploaded on our system. If an employer has not added any jobs yet, click on “Add a New Job” in the right hand corner to add one.

Employers will be taken to another page where they will be able to fill out information like job title, description, salary information, and whether they are looking for full-time, part-time, contract employees, etc. Click “Save” at the bottom to complete the posting.

Employers will now see the newly added job under their jobs dashboard.

When our advanced technology matches employers with a job seeker, the system generates a notification that you are interested in interviewing that job seeker. The job seeker will be able to review the position and description when employers send the invite. If the job seeker decides to accept the employer’s invitation, live interviews can immediately be conducted on our site! If an employer is already in the middle of interviewing a job seeker, job seekers will be directed to a “waiting room” until the employer is ready to move on to the next person.

Employers can try Guhuza without payment first when they sign up for a live interview subscription. Once the free trial is up, employers have the ability to purchase pay-as-you-go, monthly, or annual subscriptions for live interviews.

Free trials are not available for background screening or skills testing. Specific background checks and tests are purchased on an individual basis and have a set price point based on the check or test an employer is purchasing.
