Our advanced technology matches the job seekers profile with jobs on our site and ranks them for employers based on skills required for the position.
Once the match has been made, live interviews can be conducted right through our platform.

What's with the name?

Guhuza is Rwandan for "to connect". We chose our name because it captures the essence of what we are creating — a site where employers and job seekers can connect live quickly and complete all of the recruitment steps in one place.

STARTED...
IDEA GENERATION
Highly competitive market with a lack of urgency in recruiting candidates. Instant interviews and creating a platform to capture the entire recruitment process was something no one else was doing.
HIRED 1st DEVELOPER
From the idea, we sought out to partner with someone that could see our vision and start working on the development of the platform.
LAUNCHED PHASE 1
Launched the first phase of our platform in October 2021. Added Background Screening and Skills Testing features for employers and the ability for job seekers and employers to connect with instant interviews.
LAUNCHED PHASE 2
Phase two of development began in January 2022. We continue to add new features and build our network.
Recognition
Recorded on Dragons' Den, a reality show where entrepreneurs pitch to business moguls. Ranked top 5 globally in Recruiting Technology Innovation by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). Selected by DMZ and VentureLAB for their leading tech startup programs
LAUNCHED PHASE 3
