Do I need to create an account to get an interview?
As a job seeker, you need to create an account on Guhuza.com to get an interview on the system. Creating an account is free and takes less than 2 minutes. You can either upload your resume directly—Guhuza will complete your profile for you—or you can use your email to register.
You will be asked to fill out your profile with as much information as possible (resume, salary expectations, LinkedIn URL, etc.) to ensure our system can accurately match you to as many positions as possible. Our advanced technology matches your profile with jobs on the site and ranks them for employers based on the skills required for the position.
Once a match is made, you will be notified by text and/or email that a position is available and prompted to review the job description. If you are interested in the job, you can accept the interview offer, enter the interview lobby, and conduct live interviews with employers directly on our platform.
