Our advanced technology matches the job seeker’s profile with jobs on our site and ranks them for employers based on skills required for the position.

Once the match has been made, job seekers will be notified by text and/or email that a position is available and to review the job description.

If the job seeker is interested in the job, they will enter the interview lobby and live interviews can be conducted right through our platform between the job seeker and the employer!

Job seekers are asked to complete their profile with as much information as possible (resume, salary expectation, LinkedIn URL etc.) to ensure our system can precisely match them to as many appropriate positions as possible.  

Employers will be asked to fill out their profile and upload their job descriptions with as much information as possible to ensure our system can precisely match them to as many employees as possible on our platform.

Our platform is not a traditional job board and does not offer the ability for job seekers to search jobs. We are a revolutionary technology that will match your profile with employers’ job requirements through our advanced technology.
