How can I order a background check on a potential employee if they are not on Guhuza?


Employers can order background checks for employees even if they are not on Guhuza.

  1. To get access to our Background Screening Services, employers must first create an account if they haven’t already done so. Employers can create an account here: https://guhuza.com/employer/register

  2. Once an account has been created, click on “Login” at the top right-hand side of the main page or you can login here: https://guhuza.com/employer/login

  3. When you are logged in, you will need to click on the box that says “Background Screening” or you can click on the drop-down menu at the top right-hand side of the screen named “Plans & Services.”

  4. You will be taken to the Background Screening page where you will be able to select and view a list of checks available under headings like criminal or social media checks, identity verification, and more.

  5. Once you click on your desired heading, you will be taken to another page that has a list of specific checks pertaining to the heading.

  6. Select “Buy” on the checks you would like to purchase. They will be added to your shopping cart.

  7. When you are done selecting your options, click “Checkout” and you will be directed to a page to complete your order where you will provide information like the contact information of the candidate who will be receiving this check and your credit card.

  8. Once you have filled out all the necessary information, click “Submit Order.” You will receive an email receipt following your purchase.
