Once an employer has uploaded their open position, you are ready to activate our live interview technology on the site.
Click the button “Search Candidates” on the Interview Lobby, this will get Guhuza working to find you the best job seekers that match your open position.
Once the match has been made, job seekers will be notified by text and/or email that your position is available and to review the job description.
If the job seeker is interested in the job, they will accept the interview alert, enter the interview lobby and live interviews can be conducted right through our platform between you and the job seeker.
Employers will be asked to fill out their profile and upload their job descriptions with as much information as possible to ensure our system can precisely match them to as many employees as possible on our platform.
