Employers do not have the ability to choose the job seekers they would like to interview.

Guhuza is not a traditional job board, as it uses advanced matching technology to connect job seekers and employers to interview live on the platform.

When an employer posts their job, our matching technology will connect you with job seekers that have the skills required for the position that you posted.

Once the match has been made, job seekers will be notified by text and/or email that your position is available and to review the job description.

If the job seeker is interested in the job, they will enter the interview lobby and live interviews can be conducted right through our platform between you and the job seeker.

Employers will be asked to fill out their profile and upload their job descriptions with as much information as possible to ensure our system can precisely match them to as many employees as possible on our platform.
