The job seeker will be able to review the position and description when the invite is sent.

If the job seeker decides to accept the invitation and enters the waiting room, employers will be notified of the job seeker accepting the invitation, and live interviews can immediately be conducted on our site with them.

If an employer is already in the middle of interviewing a candidate, job seekers will wait in the “waiting room” until the employer is ready to move on to the next job seeker.
