If an employer wants to see their past interviews, they can do so by logging into their account. You can log in here: https://guhuza.com/employer/login 

Once logged in, click on “My Jobs/Interviews.” There you will be able to view your open positions and past interviews in the Interview Lobby.

Employers will not be able to watch their interview with a job seeker back unless they purchase a plan that includes this as a feature. However, employers will be able to access the candidate's profile in their interview history when they click “View Profile.”
