Our platform is not a traditional job board and does not offer the ability to search for jobs. Instead of searching through job listings, your profile is matched with employers’ job requirements based on your skills and experience.

When a match is found, you will be notified by text and/or email and invited to review the job description. If you are interested, you can accept the interview invitation and enter the interview lobby.

If the job seeker is interested in the job, they can accept the interview offer, enter the interview lobby, and live interviews can be conducted right through our platform between the job seeker and the employer!

Job seekers will be asked to fill out their profile with as much information as possible (resume, salary expectation, LinkedIn URL, etc.) to ensure our system can precisely match them to as many positions as possible on our platform.
