2. How do you unplug at the end of the day?The answer to this question can reveal how a candidate handles daily stress and their workload in order to avoid burnout. Do they have hobbies? Do they make time for family and friends? Do they like to exercise daily? Making time for things in your personal life can help create a healthy work-life balance.
