How do I confirm my email address and account?

When job seekers and employers sign up on Guhuza, they will receive a confirmation email to confirm their account:

  1. The confirmation email will appear in the inbox of the email address the job seeker/employer is using.

  2. The email will include a link to confirm their email address and they will have to click on this link to verify their account. If a job seeker/employer didn't receive a confirmation email, they are asked to check their spam or junk folders to see if the email was sent there.

  3. In addition, job seekers/employers will also receive a security code through text message. They will need to log in to their account with their email address and use the security code to complete the phone verification. 

If a job seeker/employer has not received the code to confirm their account, they can request to receive another code to be sent to their email account and phone.

If job seekers/employers are still not receiving a code to verify their account, they can contact our support team to assist them.
