When the advanced technology on our platform matches a job seeker’s profile with an employer, they will be sent an email or text notification where they will be able to review the job description. If they are interested in the position, they will have the opportunity to interview live with the employer immediately, directly on our platform.

Once a job seeker accepts the interview invitation, they will either be able to start the interview right away with the employer or sent to the “waiting room” until the employer is ready to interview the job seeker if they are already conducting another interview.

If they have multiple matches, job seekers will be able to see their job interview invitations under “job interview invitations” within their account.
