When the advanced technology on our platform matches an employer with a job seeker, the system will send an invitation to the job seeker requesting an interview.

The job seeker will be able to review the position and description when the system sends the invite.

If the job seeker decides to accept the invitation, the employer will be notified that the job seeker accepted the interview invitation, and live interviews can immediately be conducted on our site!

If you are already interviewing a candidate, job seekers will be directed to a “waiting room” until you are ready to move on to the next candidate.
