I have a technical question, who do I reach out to for help?


Before you start interviewing live, ensure the audio and video are working on the device that you are using. Make sure that you allow your device to share your audio and video when you are using the platform to ensure you get the full benefits of using Guhuza’s technology. 

If in the event your video isn’t working, job seekers can continue interviewing live without it and just use their audio. Sometimes technical difficulties arise with the use of technology, however using just audio can still be effective in conducting an interview with an employer.
