User Accounts & Employer Accounts (Effective January 2026)
As of January 2026, there is no cost to add users to a Guhuza employer account.
Employer Account Structure
Each employer account is company-specific.
Within a single employer account, you can:
Add multiple users (staff, recruiters, hiring managers, etc.)
Assign one Admin to manage the account, users, and settings
Have multiple jobs that can be shared and viewed by all users
Use tags to organize candidates, jobs, or other data
There is no limit or additional charge for adding sub-users to the same employer account.
Separate Companies = Separate Accounts
If you are managing multiple companies, each company must have its own separate employer account.
Users cannot be shared across different employer accounts.
Each employer account has its own:
Admin
Users
Jobs
Activity and data
Tags
This structure ensures clear separation between companies while allowing unlimited collaboration and organization within each individual employer account.
