User Accounts & Employer Accounts (Effective January 2026)

As of January 2026, there is no cost to add users to a Guhuza employer account.

Employer Account Structure

  • Each employer account is company-specific.

  • Within a single employer account, you can:

    • Add multiple users (staff, recruiters, hiring managers, etc.)

    • Assign one Admin to manage the account, users, and settings

    • Have multiple jobs that can be shared and viewed by all users

    • Use tags to organize candidates, jobs, or other data

  • There is no limit or additional charge for adding sub-users to the same employer account.

Separate Companies = Separate Accounts

  • If you are managing multiple companies, each company must have its own separate employer account.

  • Users cannot be shared across different employer accounts.

  • Each employer account has its own:

    • Admin

    • Users

    • Jobs

    • Activity and data

    • Tags

This structure ensures clear separation between companies while allowing unlimited collaboration and organization within each individual employer account.
