How do I send my resume to an employer?

Job seekers do not send their resume to an employer. Guhuza is a live interview marketplace. Candidates do not send resumes to employers — our matching intelligence identifies the match and invites them to interview live.
Our advanced technology matches job seeker profiles with positions our clients are interviewing live for.
Once the match has been made, job seekers will be notified by text and/or email that a position is available and to review the job description.
If the job seeker is interested in the job, they will accept the interview offer, enter the interview lobby and live interviews can be conducted right through our platform between the job seeker and the employer!
Please ensure that the information on a job seeker’s profile is as up-to-date as possible adding a headshot, including salary expectations, and providing keywords in your resume. This will help to ensure that job seekers are precisely matched with employers on our site.
