How will I get notified of an interview?

When the advanced technology on our platform matches an employer with a job seeker, the system will send an invitation to the job seeker requesting an interview.

What does it cost to use Guhuza?

What is my company profile and how do I create one?

Your company profile contains any information you would like to list about your company.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Employers are able to upgrade their live interview subscription by going onto our pricing page.

Do I receive a summary of each candidate interviewed?

If an employer wants to see their past interviews, they can do so by logging into their account.

How does the 30-minute top up work?

A 30-minute top up is an add on feature employers can add to their existing plan if they need more interview minutes. 

How does the 30-minute trial work?

Guhuza has four plan options for employers in order to use our live interview feature - Basic, Pro, Business, and Enterprise.

Is there a customer service feature available?

At this time, we do not have a customer service feature.

How do I report an inappropriate interview experience?

If a job seeker or employer experiences an inappropriate interview experience on our platform, please log off the interview immediately and report to our support team

How do I report something that is sent that is discriminatory?

If a job seeker or employer experiences receiving something discriminatory through our platform, please immediately report it to our support team.
