Can I try Guhuza first without paying?

Yes, employers can try Guhuza at no cost when they sign up for a live interview subscription. This free trial is available to first‑time users and lasts for 30 days. After the trial ends, employers can choose from pay‑as‑you‑go, monthly, or annual live interview subscriptions.

Why do you call your users “Guhuzians?”

The word "Guhuza" means "to connect" in Rwandan. It felt like the perfect fit for a platform built around bringing job seekers and employers together in a meaningful way.

How did Guhuza get started?

Guhuza was born out of a simple observation: hiring takes too long. Development began in 2020 with a clear goal of building a faster, smarter alternative to a process that has remained slow and inefficient for far too long.

How can I downgrade my plan?

Employers are able to downgrade their plan by logging into their account.

How do I close my employer account?

To close your employer account, simply send a request to our sales team and we'll take care of it for you.

How do I change my credit card information?

If an employer would like to change their credit card information, they can do so by logging into their account.
